Celebrating 50 Years!

Jonathan's parent's celebrated a huge milestone this summer..50 Years of Marriage! That is something to celebrate...and we did! All of us got together and put together a party in their honor. It was a whole day of fun. Here are just a few highlights from this special day!

After dinner we had lots of fun remembering their 50 years, toasting their 50 years and even doing the infamous "Cosby skit"! so much fun!!!

My baby girl turned 9 this year! I can't believe it! She love's zebra stripes so she picked that for her cake and everything else!

What's summer without lunch outside with friends...

 Here is El's at swim lessons!  He wasn't so sure about it every day but it was so worth! He can swim so well now!  We had a scare back in May with some water and knew we had to get him into lessons to learn the basics. Boy did he do great! I'm amazed at how well he can swim now!

Strawberry Pickin!

Here we are strawberry pickin!  The kids always love going to do this every year. This year we got in just before the rain. The berries were pretty small this year but BOY did they taste good!

First Drive in movie

We took the kids to see their very first Drive In movie! What fun! We saw Madagascar 3! I think they had more fun eating the food and being silly with their cousins!

Parks & Parades

June was fun of fun outdoors. There are so many parks and fun activities to do outdoors!

VBS celebration fun! The kids enjoyed a fabulous week of VBS this summer! They are still talking about it in December and singing song! Awesome! Thursday night of that week they had a fun Carnival of sorts outside...the kids loved it of course!
