And the Winner is!

Well we just finished our Nascar Season. For those of you who don't know...the Peuler's are very competitive! Every season we have a "competition" of sorts and the winner gets a traveling trophy and the loser gets the toad! This year Angie took home her first toad! The family didn not let this go unnoticed! On the flip side...Sydney (her daughter) took first place. So she'll celebrate by racing her Jimmy Johnson car around the house! Football Bowl games are just around the corner!!

Knuckleheads in the Pack & Play

Everyday...when Sydney wakes up from her nap...the two knuckleheads jump in the pack and play with her. They can't wait to do this every morning and Sydney just loves it. I can't believe I've never taken a picture of this till now!

Peuler Christmas Party

Well we had our first Christmas Party for 2007! The Peuler side of the family all got together at Grandma Peuler's apartment complex. It was so much fun to see all the kids running around together!

Thanksgiving Day Bowling

Here are some pictures from our annual Clark Bowling at Thanksgiving! We have done this for many years and its lots of fun! Mom Clark almost beat Jonathan and Doug the first game...but then they kicked it in the second game...they were scared mom!

We forgot to take any pictures earlier during the day. We went to Great Grandma Medendorp's (Kelly's Grandma) for Turkey Dinner. She still fixes everything for us all and its so good! I'm so amazed at how she does all this food and doesn't run around at the last minute trying to time it all....it just all comes out hot at the same time...and delicious of course!

This was the crazy guy! This is actually one moment he was standing still. Most of the time he was running circles and in everyone elses lane or climbing on the balls. We took him home a little early just to "settle" down...if there is such a thing for Isaac!

Illinois Wins!

Okay....so Jon has been brainwashing the children when I'm not watching! They both asked to dress up in their Illinois shirts for the big game. Madi actually doesn't look as sick as she was in this picture. Basically she laid on my chest most all the day and only got up for short periods. Just a bad cold/cough that had her down till today. Last night was the first night she didn't wake up every 2 hrs crying because her throat her. But the doctor said it's not strep so we just have to wait it out. She finally woke up at 10:15 this morning. Hopefully that means we're on the mend!

then of course we had to hang the flag...after Illinois beat Ohio State. I had to give him grief for his lack of confidence in when he put the flag up. He claims he was too busy working in the garage to put it up earlier! But he's on cloud 9 this week over the win! Now we'll see what Michigan can do this week!

Too tired

Here is Isaac fast asleep on the couch! I had tried for 3 days to give him a nap and the day I want him to go to bed early he passes out on the couch. The doorbell rang and everything and he never budged! Don't you just love the belly hanging out!

Conferences for Madi

So we had our first parent teacher conferences last night! Wow! That felt weird to go to! But the teacher and her aide had nothing but good to say about her. That was so cool to hear! We talked a lot about how shy she was. Now I know this will shock most of the family because she is so not quiet around close friends and family but she barely says boo in class! But I guess it keeps her out of trouble! One of the areas she needs to work on his cutting with scissors. I can take the blame for that....remember when she cut her own hair this past summer? Well I don't think I've let her touch scissors since then. Guess I need to start letting her touch them again!
